Very unusual for the Old Town, the ground floor apartment has a 50 square metres garden, with a water well
The Upper Apartment
The upper apartment has a massive 18th century fireplace (a "rola") and exposed chestnut beams in the living room ceiling, which were sand-blasted in 2009.
Palace Intact
In 2016, a survey of the Italian Civil Protection Agency has declared the palace intact and exempt from any crack.

The Surroundings
The surroundings are charming, with hills topped with ancient villages and churches and Middle Age abbeys, stretching all the way to the shore and mirroring on the sea. This area could be best described as a little-known Tuscany because of its beauty, and because of its clean seaside we might define the area of Fermo as a Chianti at Rimini.
